Your puppy has been vaccinated with proguard 5, which
vaccinates against Distemper, Adenovirus type 2, Parainfluenza
and parvovirus. The first shot is given at six weeks of age. The
Puppy will also need to be vaccinated at 9 and 12 weeks of age,
and given a booster every year there after. It is also recomended
that your puppy receive his or her first rabies vaccination at 4
moths of age. This puppy has been treated for internal parasites at
6 weeks with Nemex-2
The Buyer will have the puppy examined by a reputable, licensed
veterinarian (at the buyers expense) within the first 72 hours of
delivery. If the puppy is found to be in poor health within the first
72 hours, replacement or refund will be given only after the return
of the puppy. The puppy would need to be returned within the
first 5 days or if the puppy was shipped, the puppy will need to be
returned within a week and shipping costs will be divided equally
between the seller and the buyer. All veterinary bills will be the
responibility of the buyer.
Your new puppy is guaranteed for 1 year after the date of sale
against any hereditary disorders, which would seriously impact the
quality of life or would require continual medical treatment
throughout the puppy's life. If a hereditary disease is diagnosed,
the buyer is required to provide reports from two unassociated,
licensed veterinarians for the replacement of the puppy. The
seller's veterinarian will then review these reports before a final
decision is made. This guarantee does not include an injury as a
result of an accident involving the puppy. Because of availability,
the seller has 1 year to provide a replacement puppy of
comparable value but cannot guarantee the replacement will be
from the same parents. No money is refunded, only puppy
replacement. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has
been bred or euthanized without the written permission of the
breeder.
The seller will not be responible for problems resulting from
obesity, second hand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration, starvation
or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations. We also
do not guarantee your puppy will be the perfect show dog, the
perfect breeder, the exact size you want him or her to be or have
the perfect temperament. We do guarantee if you love and care
for your puppy, he or she will be a joy in your family.
